Pancake & Waffle Recipes
German Pancakes
6 tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in oven. Spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour carefully over
hot melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve immediately with syrup, drained canned blueberries,
or whatever sle you prefer.
