Breakfast Pastry Recipes



 

No Peek Breakfast Rolls

18 frozen dinner rolls (or up to 24)
1/2 cup melted margarine
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 (3 ounce) package butterscotch pudding and
    pie filling mix (not instant)
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Place rolls in greased 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan, up to 24 rolls.

Blend margarine and brown sugar in bowl. Spoon over rolls. Sprinkle pudding mix over rolls. Sprinkle with pecans. Place cold in oven before going to bed.

The next morning bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Invert onto wax paper.

Makes 18 rolls.
