Cake Recipes D-L
Luscious Lemon Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons sour cream, divided
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In mixer bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, 1 cup sour cream, cream cheese and oil
until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch
baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on cooling rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
