Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

24 Oreo cookies
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place Oreo cooks in paper liners in 24 muffin tins.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and eggs, adding eggs one at a time. Spoon some cream cheese mixture over each cookie. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

Melt chocolate chips and drizzle each cheesecake with chocolate.
