Sour Cream Apple Cake
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
3 eggs, divided
1 (18.25 ounce) box butter-flavor cake mix
1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large mixing bowl, combine butter, 2 eggs and dry cake mix; blend well. Pour
into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Spoon pie filling over
cake.
In small bowl, combine sour cream and remaining egg. Pour mixture over pie
filling. Continue baking for 15 minutes, or until sour cream topping is set.
