White Chocolate Pudding Cheesecake

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups cold milk, divided
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box white chocolate
    instant pudding
1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

In large bowl, whisk cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk until well blended. Beat in remaining 1 cup milk and pudding mix. Gently stir in Cool Whip until well blended. Spoon into crust. Chill for 4 hours or until set.
