Frosting Recipes



 

Mocha Icing

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
4 teaspoons strong coffee
3 tablespoons water
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Cream butter until fluffy. Stir in coffee and water, mixing well.

Blend cocoa with confectioners' sugar, then gradually add to butter mixture, blending until smooth and of spreading consistency.
