Frosting Recipes



 

Rockin' Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting

2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
1 container raspberries
1/2 pound (1/2 box) confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Great on chocolate cake!
