Frosting Recipes



 

White Chocolate Frosting

1 (6 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Melt white chocolate in microwave, then cool to lukewarm.

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add white chocolate and vanilla extract, then add sugar a little at a time, beating until smooth and of spreading constency.

Chill until ready to frost cake.
