Fish & Seafood Recipes
Catch of the Day
1 pound flounder fillets, thawed if frozen
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place fish in a greased 9-inch square glass baking dish. Spread with mayonnaise
and sprinkle with parsley and chives. Cover with aluminum foil and cut a slit
for steam to escape. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until fish is flaked easily with a
fork.
