Tropical Sherbet

1 (6 ounce ) can frozen fruit juice - strawberry,
    lemon, etc.
1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (13 ounce) can Milnot, whipped

Thaw punch until mushy. Add to whipped Milnot, beating constantly. Fold pineapple into the mixture and freeze in freezer tray (no stirring required.)

Makes about 3 pints.
