Beef with Bell Pepper

1 pound beef, cut thinly for stir-fry
2 jars bottled beef gravy
1-2 cloves garlic
1 medium size bell pepper, cut into strips

Brown the meat in a large nonstick skillet, and then brown the garlic.

Add beef gravy and bell peppers. Simmer until peppers are crisp-tender.

Serve over rice.
