Beef Recipes A-B
Beef Dill Rolls
4 beef cubed steaks (1 pound total)
Dijon-style or prepared mustard
1 4-5 inch dill or sweet pickle
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Spread one side of each steak with mustard.
Cut the pickle lengthwise into quarters. Place a pickle quarter on each steak.
Roll up steaks and fasten with wooden picks.
Place beef rolls in unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from
heat for 6 minutes. Turn rolls over. broil 5 to 6 minutes more or until meat is
no longer poink. Remove wooden picks before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
