Skillet Burger and Fries
2 pounds ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (20 ounce) package frozen crinkle-cut
fries, thawed
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown meat with onions in large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Drain
grease, if necessary. Stir in soups. Top with fries. Bake uncovered for 40
minutes or until fries are golden brown.
