Beef Recipes S-Z
Sweet and Sour Beef and Cabbage
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound cut-up beef for stir fry
3 cups cut-up cabbage or cole slaw mix
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
Hot cooked couscous, rice or noodles, if desired
Heat 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add beef; stir fry 2
minutes or until brown. Remove beef. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add
cabbage; stir fry for about 3 minutes or until crisp tender. Add beef and sweet
and sour sauce. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot.
Serve with couscous, rice or noodles.
Each serving has 225 calories.
