Teriyaki Steak

1 (2 1/2 pound) chuck steak
1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer according to label directions.

Combine teriyaki sauce, tomato paste and vegetable oil. Brush over meat. Place on grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals. Cook about 15 minutes.

Turn steak over and brush with additional sauce. Cook to desired doneness.

Heat remaining sauce and serve with steak.

Serves 4.
