Chicken Recipes A-B
Broccoli-Cheese Chicken
1 tablespoon butter
4 chicken breasts
1 can broccoli-cheese soup
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup milk
In a skillet, heat butter and cook chicken 15 minutes or until brown on both
sides. Remove and set aside.
In same skillet, combine soup, broccoli, milk and a little black pepper. Heat to
boiling. Return chicken to skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook
another 25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender.
Serve over rice.
