Chicken Recipes C
Chicken Marseilles
3 tablespoons butter
5 to 6 chicken breast halves
1 (1 ounce) package vegetable soup-dip mix
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 cup sour cream
Melt butter in a skillet and brown chicken, turning occasionally, for about 10
to 15 minutes. Stir 2 cups water, soup mix and dill into skillet and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes
or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken to heated plate. After removing
chicken, add sour cream to skillet and stir until creamy. Spoon sauce over
chicken.
NOTE: This dish is great with instant brown rice. Place chicken on cooked rice
and cover with sauce.
