Favorite Chicken Breasts

6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup white wine
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Place chicken breasts in large, shallow baking pan. Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine soup, wine and sour cream and heat just enough to mix. Remove chicken from oven and pour sour cream mixture over chicken. Return to oven to cook for another 30 minutes. Baste twice and serve over rice.
