Lemonade Chicken

Makes 4 servings.

1 large can frozen lemonade, thawed
but not diluted
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted

Pour lemonade over chicken in a large plastic zip-top bag. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Drain chicken. Roll each piece in bread crumbs. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F or until chicken is done. Chicken is finished baking when the juices run clear when meat is pierced with a sharp fork.
