Chicken Recipes M-R
Orange Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (6 ounce) can orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
Place chicken on a baking sheet. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until
golden brown. Remove from oven and place meat in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.
Pour orange juice concentrate over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika, then rosemary
and basil.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until done and juices run clear when pricked
with a fork.
