Peanutty Chicken Tenders

1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 package chicken tenders, uncooked, rinsed,
    patted dry
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

Mix peanuts, bread crumbs and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Dip chicken tenders in melted butter, then into breading mixture.

Spray a cookie sheets with sides with cooking spray. Lay breaded chicken tenders on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees F about 25 minutes or until juices run clear and breading is crispy.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or on top of your favorite green salad.
