Grilled Sausage and Cabbage Packets
3 cups purchased coleslaw mix
1/3 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 pound Polish sausages, fully cooked.
cut into 4 equal lengths
Combine coleslaw mix, salad dressing, bell pepper and onion; mix gently. Place
sausage in large square of aluminum foil, and top with coleslaw mix. Cover with
foil, completely sealing edges. Grill over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes,
until heated through.
Serves 4.
NOTE: These can be made in individual packets also.
