Pork Recipes M-R
Oven Fried Pork Chops
4 servings
3 tablespoons margarine
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup cornbread stuffing mix
4 (1/2-inch thick) pork loin chops
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place
pan in preheated oven for about 3 minutes or until margarine melts.
Stir together egg and milk. Dip chops in egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix.
Place breaded chops on top of melted margarine in pan. Bake 20 minutes; turn
chops over. Bake 15 minutes more or until pork chops are no longer pink.
