Pork Recipes M-R
Royal Rosemary Pork Chops
2 teaspoons crushed dried rosemary
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
4 thick pork chops
In medium bowl with lid, combine rosemary, brown sugar, water and soy sauce. Add
pork chops, and marinated in refrigerator, covered, 4 hours. Transfer all to a
casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F, uncovered, for 40 to 60 minutes, or
until done.
