Tex-Mex Chops

6 pork chops
1 (15 ounce) can hot chili beans
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 (8 ounce) can shoe peg corn, drained
2 cups cooked rice

Place pork chops in crock pot. Add beans and salsa. Cover; cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours.

Stir in corn. Cover and cook 30 minutes longer.

Server over hot cooked rice.
