Pasta Recipes A-C
Baked Mac and Cheese
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 minutes. Drain well, then spoon into
a buttered casserole.
Stir together butter and flour until smooth, then add milk and cheese, mixing
well. Add to macaroni and stir well to combine.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
