Dreamy Creamy Fettuccine

1 pound fettuccine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 pound Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup whipping cream

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions, adding lemon juice to boiling water; drain.

Meanwhile, melt cu-up cheese and butter in top of double boiler over simmering water, whisking occasionally. Stir in cream, and remove from heat. Allow to chicken.

Toss pasta with sauce.

Serves 6 to 8.
