South of the Border Mac and Cheese

1 (8 ounce) package large elbow macaroni
1 (8 ounce) box Mexican Velveeta cheese,
    cubed small
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Combine macaroni with cheese and taco seasoning. Stir in salsa, then sprinkle with green onions. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
