Tequila Chicken Fettuccine

1 (8 ounce) package fettuccine
1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup tequila
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 (6 ounce) packages grilled chicken breast strips

Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water; drain.

Just before pasta is done, cook Alfredo sauce, tequila and lime zest in a saucepan just to boiling. Remove from heat. Add chicken strips, and heat through.

In a large serving bowl, toss hot fettuccine with tequila sauce.

Serves 6.
