Pie Recipes P-Z
Raspberry Custard Pie
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 cups fresh black raspberries
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Wash berries. Dry by blotting with a white paper towel. Place in pie shell.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over raspberries.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F.
Bake 30-40 minutes longer until center is set.
Let cool before serving.
