Savory Sauce & Gravy Recipes



 

Parmesan Sauce

1 cup butter
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter, and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. If sauce is too thin, add more cheese.

Serve over baked potatoes.
