Cheesy Cheddar Potatoes

1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown
    potatoes (with onions and peppers)
2 cups (8 ounces) natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup (2 ounces) 100% grated
    Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon, if necessary (if frozen). Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.

Variation: Omit Parmesan cheese. Stir in 2 cups chopped ham.
