Coconut Topped Sweet Potatoes

4 sweet potatoes, baked
1 cup brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
3/4 cup shredded coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Peel sweet potatoes, and place in a greased casserole, mashing with a fork. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pineapple. Drizzle with butter. Top with coconut. Bake for 35 minutes.
