Cranberry-Sauced Beets

Makes 4 servings.

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
2 (16 ounce) cans sliced beets, drained

In a medium-size saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, mustard and orange peel. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.

Stir in beets. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
