Glazed Carrots

1 medium bunch carrots, peeled
1/4 to 1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 to 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Slice carrots diagonally. Steam slightly or until tender but firm. Saute in margarine; add brown sugar, nutmeg and orange juice. Cook and stir until brown sugar melts and carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
