Minted Carrots

2 cups sliced carrots
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Steam carrots over boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender.

In a saucepan, melt butter and add sugar and carrots, stirring until sugar melts. Immediately before serving, add mint and toss lightly. Serve hot.
