Parmesan Zucchini

3 or 4 small zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Olive oil

In a large skillet heat the olive oil on medium heat. Saute the garlic until softened. Add the zucchini and saute until lightly browned then turn with a spatula to cook the other side until browned. When tender, sprinkle with parmesan and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
