Bloody Mary Tortilla Soup
1 (32 ounce) bloody Mary mix
2 cans chicken broth
Handful chopped cilantro (fresh)
Dash of cumin
Mexican or Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Bring bloody Mary mix, chicken broth, cilantro and cumin to a boil, then remove
from heat. Crumble fresh tortilla strips into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle
on desired amount of shredded cheese. Ladle hot soup over all and serve!
