Hot Dog Chili

2 pounds ground sirloin
1 (2 1/2 ounce) box chili powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients in a large pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until mixture is thickened. Do not remove grease. Serve with hot dogs or hamburgers.

Makes 3 cups.

NOTE: This may be frozen.
