Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the sliced okra in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the cornmeal mixture.
Arrange the coated okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over the okra.
Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden.
Serve warm and enjoy your crispy fried okra!
Notes
For an extra kick, add cayenne pepper to the breading. Serve with ranch dressing!
