Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add rice and chicken pieces to the mixture, stirring to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and peas evenly over the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
