Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Place the feta cheese block in the center of the dish.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta is softened.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir everything together, breaking up the feta cheese.
Fold in the fresh spinach until wilted, then mix in the cooked pasta.
Serve warm and enjoy your delicious meal!
