Instructions
Preparation Steps
Soak rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
Marinate the thinly sliced flank steak with 1 tbsp soy sauce and white pepper for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
Add marinated beef and cook until just browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Add drained rice noodles, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
Toss in bean sprouts and green onions, stir-fry until combined and heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy your Beef Chow Fun.
Notes
For best results, use fresh wide rice noodles and serve immediately.
