Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle with olive oil before serving. Great with garlic bread!
