Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, combine cooked chickpeas and buffalo sauce over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave. This makes them easier to wrap.
On each tortilla, layer chickpea mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and blue cheese if using.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, add some diced celery. These wraps are great for meal prep!
