Preparation Steps
Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and red pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, spinach, and chicken broth. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and heavy cream to the skillet. Mix thoroughly and heat until warmed through.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
