Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Once steamed, drain and mash the cauliflower until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower, cheese, egg, bread crumbs, and spices.
Mix until well combined, then form into patties.
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Notes
For an extra kick, serve with a spicy dipping sauce. You can also add chopped herbs for freshness.
