Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Cut bread slices into 1-inch cubes and place them evenly in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes and gently press down to soak evenly.
Sprinkle golden raisins evenly over the top if using.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm. Enjoy!
