Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the blended mixture until well combined.
Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Before serving, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for added crunch.
Notes
For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the mixture. Serve with fresh fruit for an added burst of flavor.
